At Lovsy, we value and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect your information when you use our application.
To provide you with a connected experience for couples, we request and collect the following information:
Lovsy is restricted to users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately.
All data transferred between your device and our servers is secured using SSL/TLS encryption. Personal memories, locations, and messages are stored securely and only accessible by you and your matched partner.
Explicit Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings -> Edit Profile -> Delete Account). Upon request, your account is immediately deactivated. All personal data, moments, location records, and match status will be permanently deleted from our servers after 30 days.
By downloading or using Lovsy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Lovsy offers auto-renewing subscriptions for advanced storage and features. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time in your App Store / Play Store account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. For iOS users, your purchase and usage of premium subscriptions are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
You agree not to upload any objectionable material, adult content, or harassment material. We reserve the right to ban accounts violating content standards.

Quyền xóa tài khoản: Bạn có quyền xóa tài khoản bất kỳ lúc nào trong cài đặt ứng dụng (Cài đặt -> Chỉnh sửa hồ sơ -> Xóa tài khoản). Tài khoản sẽ bị vô hiệu hóa ngay lập tức và toàn bộ ảnh kỷ niệm, định vị, thông tin hồ sơ của hai bạn sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi máy chủ sau 30 ngày.
Bằng việc tải xuống và sử dụng Lovsy, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dịch vụ này. Nếu bạn không đồng ý, vui lòng ngừng sử dụng ứng dụng.
Lovsy cung cấp các gói đăng ký tự động gia hạn để mở khóa dung lượng và tính năng Premium. Các giao dịch được xử lý thông qua tài khoản Google Play hoặc Apple App Store. Bạn có thể hủy gia hạn bất kỳ lúc nào trong Cài đặt tài khoản của App Store hoặc Play Store tối thiểu 24 giờ trước khi chu kỳ thanh toán kết thúc. Đối với người dùng iOS, gói Premium và việc sử dụng cũng được điều chỉnh bởi Thỏa thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối tiêu chuẩn của Apple (EULA) (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
Bạn đồng ý không đăng tải các nội dung khiêu dâm, quấy rối, xúc phạm hoặc vi phạm pháp luật. Chúng tôi có quyền khóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn nếu phát hiện vi phạm.
